- Shipping & Delivery
All of the products are shipped from our Sydney warehouse using reliable courier services. Our shipping estimator at checkout will calculate shipping cost based your destination and items in your shopping cart. The courier services we use provide speedy delivery with tracking for security and your peace of mind.
* Note:
- The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, GearCentro is not responsible if this varies.
- If goods are returned to GearCentro because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers (we will notify you accordingly).
- Returns & Replacements
- If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 10 days, you can return them to GearCentro for refund or replacement. Please contact us if you wish to return faulty items. Our returns team will process your claim and if approved we will issue you with a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number along with an address to send the faulty items to. Please do NOT send any goods to us prior to receive the RMA number. Doing so will result in delays and disappointment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to GearCentro and the shipping fee is non refundable. We will investigate the returned items and if determined to be faulty, we will contact you for refund or replacement. GearCentro reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace, examples where we may refuse a return include, but not limited to:
- The returned item(s) is/are incomplete or has missing parts.
- Not returned in its original packaging.
- Shows physical damage to the product not caused by transit.
- Payment Methods
We accept Bank Transfer and Cheque payments. Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit is our preferred method of payment.
